Under the direction of Captain Steve Martin, the Abner T. Longley was converted from a fully equipped city fireboat to a reconstructed fireboat (with all five water cannons still functioning to capacity) certified by the U.S. Coast Guard to carry 149 passengers.

Under an Affiliation Agreement dated May 12, 1994, the Abner T. Longley became affiliated with the Hawaii Maritime Center for the purpose of promoting maritime education with emphasis on the history of Honolulu Harbor and the importance of the maritime industry to the State of Hawaii.

With a dining room and full bar, the Abner T. Longley is perfect for dinner & pleasure cruises including a night fishing excursion with an on sight chef to prepare your catch cooked or sashimi-style. She is available for hourly and daily charter
