The site for the new aquarium is still undecided, but should be picked by early summer. Two locations are being considered and comprehensive studies in the next two months will determine the final site.

The Phoenician Small Boat Yard is open. They still have lots of work to do to complete the yard and the chandlery, but they are Open for Business. I know a number of you have been over there already and despite the unfinished conditions, everyone is saying it is ten times better than the alternatives and everyone feels they were treated great. We have price lists and packages for the yard in the marina office for those of you who might need them.

Marina News: The first 100 dock box lids have been ordered and will start arriving soon. I will inform you via the newsletter when we will be doing specific docks, so you can arrange to have the dock boxes unlocked for us. The process will be done one dock at a time over 2004 and 2005. We have started minor repairs on the dock carts, but have more parts ordered to complete major repairs.
