A Performance Fee, refundable upon termination of the mooring agreement, and equal to one month's total slip fee, is required at the commencement of the agreement.
Electricity to each slip is metered individually, thus you pay for what you use. Your first statement will not show electrical charges and boaters are responsible for their last months charges at the time of their departure.
Water is included in monthly slip fees.
Pets: As of December 2002 the marina will no longer be accepting pets.
